Condolences to family and friends of DERRY BROWNFIELD, co-founder of LEARFIELD COMMUNICATIONS, who died SATURDAY morning of an apparent heart attack at 79.

BROWNFIELD cofounded the agriculture news and sports play-by-play operation with CLYDE LEAR as THE BROWNFIELD NETWORK on JANUARY 2, 1973.  He hosted a daily syndicated talk show, "THE COMMON SENSE COALITION," from 1994 until his passing.
