SOUND COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is swapping Sports WCBA-A (FOX SPORTS RADIO 1350)/CORNING, NY plus $344,000 to PRG LLC (PHOENIX RADIO) for Hot AC WKPQ (POWER 105.3)/HORNELL, NY and FM translators W294AV/WELLSVILLE, NY and W294AW/DANSVILLE, NY.  SOUND will also assume and pay PRG's debt on the WKPQ operation.

WILLIAM W. DESCHAMPS, JR. has been appointed receiver for CAROLINA BEACH MUSIC BROADCASTING CORP., licensee of silent WVCO/LORIS, SC.  The licensee is owned by the estate of the late HARVEY A.
