Arbitron Okays Combining KUFX/KUZX AQH Numbers

ARBITRON  has announced that since ENTERCOM Classic Rock KUFX/SAN JOSE and KUZX/SAN FRANCISCO simulcasted all programming, including commercials, throughout the FEBRUARY 2011 report period, Report users may combine FEBRUARY 2011 AQH estimates for both stations.

Total Line Reporting is available in the FEBRUARY Radio Market Report for stations simulcasting for the entire WINTER quarter. Although KUFX and KUZX simulcasted throughout the FEBRUARY 2011 report period, audience estimates for these stations will be reported individually in the FEBRUARY report because the stations began simulcasting after the start of the WINTER quarter.

Since the two stations will also be simulcasting throughout the MARCH 2011 report period, report users may therefore combine MARCH 2011 AQH estimates for KUFX and KUZX as well. ARBITRON will report audience estimates reflecting combined listening to KUFX and KUZX, with the call letters KUFX, effective with the APRIL 2011 report period.
