LINCOLN FINANCIAL Top 40 WSTR (STAR 94)/ ATLANTA parts ways with night slammer DARIK KRISTOFER.

Said PD SCOTT LINDY, "DARIK is going to make a killer addition to whatever station is smart enough to grab him up. He was hired at STAR 94 at a time when he needed to play a role that is no longer one we have for him. He's a pro and a good friend."

Added KRISTOFER, "I am deeply grateful for my time at STAR 94 in ATLANTA and all the kindness and support that surrounded me from listeners and coworkers. My PD, SCOTT LINDY, was an extraordinarily unique coach and friend and open my eyes to details that I was able to cultivate on air. I am intensely passionate about this business and I am feeling positive about the next big opportunity. I am especially interested in being in CALIFORNIA and have vowed to perch at an outdoor table at URTH CAFFE on Melrose in WEST HOLLYWOOD, ready and willing to buy French press coffee to the next PD that would be gracious enough to have me be a part of their team."
