GREATER MEDIA Adult Hits WBEN (95.7 BEN FM)/PHILADELPHIA PD CHARLEY LAKE steps down to focus on his PD duties for sister Classic Rock station WMGK.  Sister Rock WMMR (93.3) APD CHUCK DAMICO takes over interim PD duties at WBEN until a replacement is named.

Qualified candidates will have a proven track record and five years major-market PD experience, strong fundamentals in strategic marketing and programming, as well as excellent leadership and talent-coaching skills.
