Music industry veterans JILL GLEASON, JOHNNY ROSE and WALT WILSON have opened STRENGTH IN NUMBERS GROUP (SING), a label services company based in NASHVILLE. Working in all music genres, the company will offer a wide variety of album project services and planning, from the start of recording through to release and distribution. It will operate under a retainer-based fee structure and offers clients the opportunity to add additional services “a la carte.”

“There is a lot of great talent that just needs to take the next step, but don't have the team around them to do it,” said WILSON. “We are excited to create a company that fills that void in this town.”

“With the model changing regularly a company like ours just makes sense,” said GLEASON. “I'm thrilled to be part of a team that's helping move careers along.”

GLEASON has 17 years of industry experience, beginning her career at CURB RECORDS as Director of Promotion & Artist Development. She has also held the position of the Label and Radio Liaison and handled Tour Marketing for RPM MANAGEMENT. Her experience also reaches into Brand Management and Merchandising.

ROSE has 30 years of industry experience in the retail and label sectors. He spent 14 years with WESTERN (now ANDERSON) MERCHANDISERS and HASTINGS. He has spent 19 years as a VP of Sales and Marketing with labels such as CAPITOL RECORDS NASHVILLE, DREAMWORKS and SHOWDOG NASHVILLE.

WILSON has worked in the music industry for 30 years, with industry experience from legal to A&R. His titles have included Executive VP of CAPITOL RECORDS NASHVILLE and MCA RECORDS, Senior VP for ELEKTRA/ASYLUM and former GM for CARNIVAL RECORDS and COMPENDIA MUSIC.
