FISHER COMMUNICATIONS has filed definitive proxy materials with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its 2011 Annual Meeting and has begun mailing those materials to qualified shareholders. FISHER shareholders of record as of the close of business on MARCH 9, 2011 are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting scheduled to take place in SEATTLE on MAY 11th.
