Nine North Records Hires Jim Dorman And Will Robinson

NINE NORTH RECORDS Pres. LARRY PAREIGIS has announced two staff additions. JIM DORMAN will join NINE NORTH as Dir./Promotion, West Coast/Southwest and WILL ROBINSON joins as Dir./Promotion, Northeast/Midwest. Both DORMAN and ROBINSON will report to PAREIGIS and TOM MORAN, NINE NORTH VP/Promotion & Marketing, effective MONDAY, MAY 2nd.

DORMAN was most recently at BLACK RIVER ENTERTAINMENT. He has been on both the records and radio side in his career, including many years at SONY/NASHVILLE as Southeast Regional Dir. and stops at WARNER BROS and COUNTRY THUNDER. He was on the radio side as PD of CLEAR CHANNEL Country KTOM/MONTEREY and CITADEL Country WSJR/WILKES-BARRE. JIM replaces the departing DAVE COLLINS, who is joining SKYVILLE RECORDS.

ROBINSON is set to exit from CLEAR CHANNEL Country WFRE/FREDERICK, MD on APRIL 29th, where he was MD/midday personality. He has also made stops at former Country WRBQ/TAMPA, former Hot AC WNEW/NEW YORK and CITADEL Country WCAT (RED 102.3)/HARRISBURG, PA. WILL replaces STAN MARCZEKSKI, who exits.
