In other filings with the FCC, the receiver for the late HARVEY GRAHAM's CAROLINA BEACH MUSIC BROADCASTING, licensee of Classic Hits-Beach Music WVCO (94.9 THE SURF)/LORIS-MYRTLE BEACH, SC, has sold the station to CAROLINA BEACH MUSIC, LLC for $901,000.  GRAHAM filed for bankruptcy on NOVEMBER 11th and died on DECEMBER 19th, and his bankruptcy estate has abandoned the assets and the lenders, BB&T and HORRY COUNTY STATE BANK, chose to sell the station to the buyer, headed by HAROLD WORSLEY.

WEST ALABAMA RADIO, INC. is transferring Country WINL (WIN 98.5)/LINDEN, AL and Talk-Sports WXAL-A and Urban Oldies WZNJ/DEMOPOLIS, AL to WESTBURG BROADCASTING ALABAMA, LLC to satisfy $838,211 in judgments against the transferor for debts owed to WESTBURG MEDIA CAPITAL, LP.

JOSE J. GARCIA JR. is selling the construction permit for KINV/ENDERLIN, ND to DIANE WEBBER for $20,000.
