In other filings with the FCC, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W282AW/OCEAN PINES, MD to EPCOT BROADCASTING, LLC for $20,000.
DE LA CRUZ INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES, INC. has traded construction permits for new noncommercial FMs in GREENVIEW and MOUNT HEBRON, CA and SUNRISE, AZ to ZION MULTIMEDIA CORPORATION for $123,500 in air time trade on the buyer's Spanish Religion XESURF-A (540 KSURF, brokered)/TIJUANA-SAN DIEGO, plus additional one hour weekday air time on the MOUNT HEBRON and SUNRISE stations for life once the facilities are built.
