The deal between RUSH LIMBAUGH and FLORIDA prosecutors that will likely lead to dismissal of the single "doctor shopping" charge against him includes random drug tests and a ban on owning a gun as well as the previously disclosed 18 months of treatment, AP reported MONDAY.
LIMBAUGH, talking on his show MONDAY about the settlement, asked "do you think if there was any real evidence, we would have reached a settlement?" Former U.S. Attorney and MIAMI defense lawyer KENDALL COFFEY told AP that the deal is standard for first-time, non-violent drug offenders.
Do you think if there was any real evidence, we would have reached a settlement?
