PILLAR OF FIRE Contemporary Christian WAWZ (STAR 99.1)/NEW YORK CITY Station Manager SCOTT TAYLOR exits the station after 17 years.
"I’m grateful for the opportunity to have served PILLAR OF FIRE and the NY/NJ metropolitan area Christian radio audience, and especially proud of the team at STAR 99.1 for their performance these past few years as we successfully navigated through the most challenging economic conditions of our lifetime," said TAYLOR.
"We appreciate so much the 17 years that he has served with WAWZ/STAR 99.1 and wish him the very best in the future," said GM Rev. S. REA CRAWFORD.
TAYLOR also currently serves as the First Vice Chair for the NEW JERSEY BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION (NJBA) and is slated to take over NJBA as Chairman in JUNE.
"SCOTT is a terrific person and he served the NJBA with all his heart. We hope he will be able to continue his service to GARDEN STATE broadcasters and the audiences they serve in the future," said NJBA Pres. PAUL ROTELLA.
