  FISHBOWLNY.COM's JERRY BARMASH is reporting that CBS RADIO News WCBS-A/NEW YORK has upped interim morning sports anchor BRAD HELLER to the permanent position, filling the slot left open when JARED MAX left for crosstown ESPN Sports WEPN-A (1050 ESPN).
  HELLER previously worked as a sports anchor for SHADOW BROADCASTING SYSTEM and as the voice of UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA women's basketball.
