Another pirate faces the FCC's wrath, as the Commission has proposed a $10,000 fine on DURRANT CLARKE for having a pirate station operating on 95.9 FM from his property in MIAMI.
The Commission also approved the deletion of a vacant allocation for FM Channel 234A at BRACKETVILLE, TX. The deletion clears the path for RF SERVICES, INC. to move its construction permit from ROCKSPRINGS, TX to BRACKETVILLE as a Class C3 station on Channel 234.
