  CITADEL Country KATM/MODESTO PD/midday personality RANDY BLACK has stepped down from the station after 18 years. He was PD for the last 13 years.
  BLACK tells ALL ACCESS that he will be staying in NORTHERN CALIFORNIA and will consider all air personality opportunities in the area.
