20-year old MURFREESBORO, TN native CHRIS YOUNG became the fourth season 'NASHVILLE STAR' last night (5/3), in front of a packed BELL SOUTH ACUFF THEATRE audience. This morning's TENNESSEAN is reporting a TV audience of approximately 3-million viewers.
YOUNG, a former demo singer in MUSIC CITY, receives a deal with the RCA LABEL GROUP, the home of KENNY CHESNEY, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, BROOKS & DUNN, ALAN JACKSON and others. He also receives a new CHEVY SILVERADO pickup truck.
