  Stenzel Rises
  
  CUMULUS BROADCASTING has upped BRIAN STENZEL to Regional Dir./Promotions and Marketing for both the GREEN BAY and APPLETON/OSHKOSH markets. STENZEL has been the Promotions Director in GREEN BAY since 1999 and is now overseeing both markets.
  With this change, long time CUMULUS Promotions Assistant JOHN PAUL STILOSKI will be taking over as Promotions Director in GREEN BAY.
  STEVE EDWARDS will continue as the Promotions Director in APPLETON/OSHKOSH.
