CBS Radio News, NPR Lead 2011 Murrow Award Winners

The RADIO TELEVISION DIGITAL NEWS ASSOCIATION has announced the 2011 National Edward R. Murrow Award winners. Radio winners were led by CBS RADIO NEWS with six overall including Overall Excellence, with NPR winning four and VERMONT PUBLIC RADIO's WVPS/COLCHESTER, VT taking home three.  DAVE ROSS won two writing awards for both of his employers, winning the award for his CBS RADIO NEWS feature and for his work on BONNEVILLE Talk KIRO-F/SEATTLE.
