Jake Owen Headed Out On Tour With Keith Urban, Releasing New Album August 30th

RCA/NASHVILLE artist JAKE OWEN is set to head out on tour with CAPITOL/NASHVILLE star KEITH URBAN for his “Get Closer 2011 World Tour,” which begins on THURSDAY (6/16) in BILOXI, MS.

“I have always wanted to go out on the road with KEITH,” said JAKE. “He really inspires me as a songwriter, musician and entertainer. KEITH is the real deal and one of the most amazing talents our genre has ever seen.”

Also, OWEN’s third studio album, “Barefoot Blue Jean Night,” will be released on AUGUST 30th.

“It is kind of ironic that my new album is being released on AUGUST 30, two days after I turn 30 and this is my third record,” added JAKE. “This album is a big step for me and my career and I can’t wait for people to hear it.”

The forthcoming album includes 11 tracks, six produced by JOEY MOI and RODNEY CLAWSON and five tracks produced by TONY BROWN.
