KETTLE MORAINE BROADCASTING COMPANY INC. has sold Oldies WTKM-A (CRUISIN' 1540) and Polka WTKM-F/HARTFORD, WI to TOMSUN MEDIA, LLC for $1.8 million plus $150,000 for associated real estate.

In other filings with the FCC, RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W290BD/MONTEZUMA, GA to SUN BROADCASTING, INC. for $32,000.

In transactions yet to be filed with the Commission, the GOOCHLAND GAZETTE is reporting that HOFFMAN COMMUNICATIONS is offering to donate Easy Listening WZEZ (EZ 100.5)/CHESTER, VA to the GOOCHLAND COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD; and EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is spinning off recently-acquired Contemporary Christian WGRP-A/GREENVILLE, PA and WLOA-A/FARRELL, PA to VILKIE COMMUNICATIONS for $50,000.
