A member of GRAND HUSTLE/ATLANTIC RECORDS artist T.I.'s entourage is dead and three others wounded after an early WEDNESDAY morning gun battle in CINCINNATI.
T.I.'s 26 year-old assistant, PHILANT JOHNSON died, while 22 year-old JANICE GILLESPIE is in stable condition. T.I.'s bodyguard and the driver of T.I.'s van were treated and released. T.I. (real name: CLIFFORD HARRIS) was not injured.
The shooting happened just off of Interstate 75, after a T.I. show and after-party in CINCINNATI. GRAND HUSTLE/ATLANTIC RECORDS artist YUNG JOC also performed at the show. Reports indicate two SUVs followed T.I.'s two vans away from a club and shots were traded by the vehicles. A scuffle had broken out in the club earlier and led to the rolling gun fight that closed I-75 for hours while police investigated.
