KOA/Denver Launches 'Colorado Weekend'

New Weekend Show

CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KOA-A/DENVER has added a SATURDAY morning show, "COLORADO WEEKEND," with married couple JULIE HAYDEN and CHUCK BONNIWELL, effective SATURDAY (6/25).  The new show airs 6-9a (MT); HAYDEN is a veteran local TV reporter and BONNIWELL is an attorney and publisher of the GLENDALE CHERRY CREEK CHRONICLE.

"CHUCK and I have a lot of fun on air and don't necessarily agree on a lot of things," said HAYDEN, "I'm the good cop and he is the bad cop and between us you will get different perspectives on the stories we do on air."
 
BONNIWELL said, "We want to have a show that is exuberant and fast-paced and gets our listeners on track for a great weekend.  You can expect the unexpected."

Director of Programming GREG FOSTER said, "We're fortunate to have CHUCK and JULIE as part of the 850 KOA family.  Their new SATURDAY morning show promises to be a unique source of entertainment and information for DENVER."
