Quiet Day At FCC

SHOW LOW SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH is donating the construction permit for KSHM/SHOW LOW, AZ to RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE for no consideration.

In another filing with the FCC, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING has requested a Silent STA for FM translator K209DK/BIG SPRING, TX, which was destroyed by a wildfire.  EDGEWATER told the FCC "it is not financially viable to immediately replace" the equipment lost in the fire.

Rhattigan Sells Five In Texas

In a deal yet to be filed at the Commission, RHATTIGAN BROADCASTING is selling Tejano KEPS-A and Hot AC KINL (POWER 92.7)/EAGLE PASS, TX and Tejano KUVA (U102.3), Country KVOU-F (COYOTE COUNTRY 104.9), and Adult Standards KVOU-A/UVALDE, TX to REGENCY ENTERTAINMENT AND PROMOTIONS, LLC for $2.1 million.  JASON JAMES of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as broker for the seller.
