Stephen Kallao Joins 88Nine Radio/Milwaukee For Mornings

Former MILWAUKEE RADIO ALLIANCE Alternative WLUM (FM 102/1)/MILWAUKEE APD/MD/afternooner STEPHEN KALLAO joins crosstown MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS Triple A WYMS (88NINE RADIO MILWAUKEE) for mornings. KALLAO is teaming with BRIANNE O'BRIEN from the local FOX-TV affiliate.  APD/morning man JORDAN LEE shifts to PM drive.

WYMS PD MARK KEEFE said, "Every radio station is a puzzle. We weren't missing a piece but we needed to move some pieces around to make the picture more clear. There is a lot of heavy lifting that goes into building a morning show and we needed two people to accomplish that, and also to allow JORDAN to work more freely in his capacity as APD."

"I am excited to be joining a dynamic public station in it's adolescence and showcasing the vibrancy of MILWAUKEE," added KALLAO. "Also, an endless supply of tote bags and coffee mugs. I was promised that when I took the job."
