WPAW’s Clay JD Walker Pops Question With Jake Owen’s Help

Congrats to ENTERCOM Country WPAW/GREENSBORO, APD/midday personality CLAY JD WALKER, who is now engaged to his long-time girlfriend TIFFANY, after popping the question on SATURDAY, JUNE 25th during KEITH URBAN’s “Get Closer 2011 World Tour,” at the RBC CENTER in RALEIGH, NC. WALKER made the evening even more special with the help from URBAN’s opening-act, RCA/NASHVILLE artist JAKE OWEN.

After strategically forming a plan with RCA/NASHVILLE Southeast Music Rep, JOSH EASLER, the couple joined OWEN on his tour bus, which to WALKER’s surprise, was filled with OWEN’s crew. Once the room was silent, and WALKER could feel the pressure from OWEN, he asked TIFFANY if she would be his wife.

TIFFANY was overwhelmed and forgot to put her hand out, leaving WALKER to ask OWEN, “What do I do with this?” She finally stuck her finger out, and OWEN replied, “Did she say yes or no?”
