Former KIQN-A (KIQ)/SALT LAKE CITY talk show host BOB MADRID has been sentenced to a year in prison, three years of probation, and a $1,000 fine on perjury charges.
The SALT LAKE TRIBUNE reports that MADRID pleaded guilty on FEBRUARY 22 in TALLADEGA, AL to one of five counts of perjury for posing as an expert witness in a court case while working as a private eye. He allegedly claimed to hold several degrees on his resume that turned out to be untrue.
