The new weekly syndicated show, “NASHVILLE’s New Country with CHUCK and STEVE,” kicked off “NASHVILLE’s NEW COUNTRY STAR CONTEST” on MONDAY, JULY 4th. The contest allows new artists the opportunity to have their songs heard on the radio.
Executive Producer, KEITH MICHAELS said, “The show already features artists like SUNNY SWEENEY, JOSH THOMPSON, and ASHTON SHEPHERD. But we are looking to expand that opportunity for thousands of others who are looking for their break and their chance to be heard."
The top 100 artists will be invited to audition JULY 30th in NASHVILLE. After that, the contest will be narrowed down to a field of 20, and those people will take part in a last chance audition. Five acts will be chosen to compete that evening at the FIDDLE AND STEEL GUITAR BAR, in NASHVILLE at 10p (CT).
If you are interested in the contest, you can enter online by JULY 24th at www.nashvillesnewcountry.com.
