While his new GBTV online video channel will remain in NEW YORK at newly-built facilities in the NEP STUDIOS building and his MERCURY RADIO ARTS company will likewise remain in the city, GLENN BECK himself plans to move to the DALLAS area and establish radio and TV studios there.
BECK's THEBLAZE.COM reports that the PREMIERE RADIO NETWORKS host told listeners MONDAY (7/11) that he is "moving to DALLAS, and my family is there now, and I will be there shortly. We're keeping our business, MERCURY, in NEW YORK. Nobody is surprised by this, I'm sure. We have been planning for a long time."
MERCURY RADIO ARTS Pres./CEO CHRIS BALFE said that the company "is very excited to open a new radio and TV broadcast facility in DALLAS. While GLENN will be spending much of his time there, we will continue to maintain and grow our NEW YORK CITY offices and studios to accommodate the talented staff we have assembled and will continue to assemble here."
