  CAPITOL VP/Promotion ED GREEN has been promoted to Sr. VP/Promotion, effective immediately. He will relocate to LOS ANGELES, beginning MAY 15th. GREEN is replacing JOHN BOLOUS who is stepping down from the Sr. VP/Promotion post in an amicable parting.
  BOLOUS told ALL ACCESS, "I have decided, for personal reasons, to leave the great CAPITOL RECORDS and move back to my beloved NEW YORK CITY to be closer to my family. I will look for a new and exciting opportunity and can be reached via boulos666@aol.com, after today."
