EMMY-winning "How I Met Your Mother" TV star NEIL PATRICK HARRIS will guest host American Top 40 this weekend, JULY 16th-17th. In addition to counting down the Top 40 songs, HARRIS will answer questions directly from fans and talk about his latest feature film The Smurfs, which hits theaters JULY 29th.
