JOE SCIALFA has been promoted to PD JOURNAL BROADCASTING News/Talk WTMJ-A (NEWSRADIO 620)/MILWAUKEE. WTMJ. SCIALFA has been the station's APD for more than three years and its Exec. Producer for the past 12 years.
