HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF INDIANAPOLIS, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WHZN (88.3 THE WALK)/NEW WHITELAND-INDIANAPOLIS, IN to OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY for $1.2 million ($950,000 in a promissory note).

In other filings at the FCC, VIVIAN BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Religion WVGB-A (VICTORY 1490 AM)/BEAUFORT, SC to PARTNERS BROADCAST GROUP, LLC for $300,000 ($270,000 in a promissory note).   The deal includes a time brokerage agreement before closing.  The principals of the buyer also own LOW COUNTRY RADIO, LLC, licensee of Oldies WLHH (104.9 THE SURF)/RIDGELAND, SC.

COUNSELORS FOR LIFE is selling noncommercial WMMH/HOUTZDALE, PA to CEDAR RIDGE CHILDREN'S HOME & SCHOOL, INC. for $95,000 ($20,000 down, then three payments of $25,000 each, one at closing and one each on the first and second anniversary of closing).

CAROLINA CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. is selling FM translator W280ED/NEW BERN, NC to EDWIN LEE AFFLERBACH for $30,000.

MMP1, LLC is selling FM translator W285DY/LUDINGTON, MI to RESORT RADIO for $100.

And CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has applied for a silent STA for FM translator K206DG/KENAI, AK due to interference to other stations and the need to move the translator to another frequency and location.
