HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF INDIANAPOLIS, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WHZN (88.3 THE WALK)/NEW WHITELAND-INDIANAPOLIS, IN to OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY for $1.2 million ($950,000 in a promissory note).
In other filings at the FCC, VIVIAN BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Religion WVGB-A (VICTORY 1490 AM)/BEAUFORT, SC to PARTNERS BROADCAST GROUP, LLC for $300,000 ($270,000 in a promissory note). The deal includes a time brokerage agreement before closing. The principals of the buyer also own LOW COUNTRY RADIO, LLC, licensee of Oldies WLHH (104.9 THE SURF)/RIDGELAND, SC.
