With ENTERCOM AC KOIT/SAN FRANCISCO naming ANDY HOLT as its new PD, radio vet BILL CONWAY finds himself looking for the next challange.

CONWAY told ALL ACCESS, "I have programmed 7 stations in 6 markets and 4 formats to #1 ranking 25-54 and 5 of those to #1 12+ or 6+ depending on the ARBITRON methodology. In 14 1/2 years at KOIT we were #1 25-54 70% of the time in both diary and PPM. I am proud of the work I did there, and to be able to have a long term air staff that always brought home the bacon. Coming to KOIT and working for CHUCK TWEEDLE, BRUCE REESE, BOB JOHNSON and everyone at BONNEVILLE made me a better broadcaster and person.
