ACR, Skybridge Ink Delivery Deal

ALL COMEDY RADIO (ACR) will now deliver programming to its affiliates via the Internet, thanks to a deal with SKYBRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES. ACR and SKYBRIDGE have been conducting real-time tests for the past 18 months, delivering HD-quality audio at a high bitrate to affiliates with zero downtime.

ACR President/Co-Founder MICHAEL O'SHEA said: “We felt that traditional delivery of audio just could not efficiently provide the new world of HD radio a high quality, dependable signal. The SKYBRIDGE system solved both of those problems using advanced technology and a year and a half of real-life field testing.”
