WXRV Teams Up With Stoneham Town Day

STONEHAM TOWN DAY, in STONEHAM, MA, is set for SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17th on the STONEHAM TOWN COMMON and TOWN HALL grounds, and NORTHEAST BROADCASTING Triple A WXRV (92.5 THE RIVER) and SALEM FIVE BANK, in conjunction with the STONEHAM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, are bringing live music to this year’s event in support of STONEHAM HIGH SCHOOL’s MUSIC PROGRAMS.

Headlining STONEHAM TOWN DAY will be AUGUSTANA and BRETT DENNEN.  WXRV is also staging a Battle Of The Bands contest for a local/regional act to win the opening slot for that day.

CATIE WILBER, PD of 92.5 THE RIVER, said, "We're so excited about this opportunity to bring another amazing free concert to GREATER BOSTON -- and with SALEM FIVE’s support, shine a light on arts & music programs throughout BOSTON".
