Syndicated "FREE TALK LIVE" co-host IAN FREEMAN will serve 90 days in jail after being found guilty of obstruction of justice but not guilty of resisting arrest after a trial in CHESHIRE Superior Court in NEW HAMPSHIRE. FREEMAN was on trial for a civil disobedience incident in KEENE, NH in which he came to the defense of a woman being arrested for a violation of the town's open container law (drinking in a park, within 50 feet of a restaurant serving alcohol). The sentence was for 360 days, with all but 90 days suspended.
FREEMAN's co-host MARK EDGE told ALL ACCESS that the show will air as usual with EDGE joined by guest hosts while FREEMAN serves his time.
