GB ENTERPRISES COMMUNICATIONS CORP. is selling Regional Mexican WHNR-A (LA PODEROSA)/CYPRESS GARDENS, FL to FRANCISCO ARREDONDO's FLORIDA SPANISH COMMUNICATIONS CORP. for $1,000.

In other filings with the FCC, LAWRENCE J. WARFIELD has been named trustee in bankruptcy for THE TURNING LEAF, LLC, licensee of silent KZXL/HUDSON, TX.  The licensee filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy four months ago; WARFIELD told the FCC in the filing that the licensee "has not been fully cooperative in matters affecting the filing of an assignment application at the FCC."

ALASKA PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling FM translator K208BC/PALMER, AK to RADIO FREE PALMER for $10.

And COCHISE BROADCASTING LLC/COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has applied for Silent STAs for KTWY and KWWY/SHOSHONI, WY, KGRK/GLENROCK, WY, KWYX/CASPER, WY, KXWY/HUDSON, WY, and KCYA/ROLLING HILLS, WY.  COCHISE says that it is "readying to commence permanent continuous operation" of the stations but needs another 30 days for it.
