CBS/Cincy Ups Patti Marshall To OM; Julie Evans Named WAQZ PD

WAQZ/Cincinnati

CBS RADIO Hot AC WKRQ (Q-102)/CINCINNATI PD PATTI MARSHALL is upped to OM of WKRQ and sister Alternative WAQZ (97.3 EVERYTHING ALTERNATIVE).

Concurrently, WAQZ fills its longtime PD vacancy in-house with Promotions Director/Marketing Director JULIE EVANS rising to the PD post replacing JEFF "SHAGGY" NAGEL, who resigned back in late JANUARY.

WAQZ GM MIKE FREDRICK told ALL ACCESS, "I'm excited to have both PATTI and JULIE to take WAQZ to new levels. JULIE did such an oustanding job in the interim following SHAGGY's departure. After talking to people in and outside the market, I felt JULIE had the right feel and passion about where WAQZ needs to go."
