CITADEL HARRISBURG, PA cluster Sales Manager RODNEY SHEPHERD returns to the TUCSON market as LSM of CLEAR CHANNEL's seven station cluster, including Top 40 KRQQ (93.7KRQ), Talk KNST-A, Top 40-Rhythmic KOHT (HOT 98.3), Spanish Hits KTZR (MIA 97.1), Hot AC KWMT (92.9 THE MOUNTAIN), Comedy KWFM-A  (FUNNY 1450), and Tejano KXEW-A (RADIO TEJANO).  SHEPHERD worked at CITADEL's TUCSON cluster before heading to HARRISBURG.
