AVERAGE JOE’S ENTERTAINMENT artist KEVIN FOWLER’s single “Hell Yeah, I Like Beer” takes the number one position on this week’s TEXAS MUSIC CHART again this week. However indie artist CASEY DONAHEW BAND is in a very close second with their single “Breaks My Heart.”
