  Ex-CBS RADIO Alternative WXRK (92.3 K-ROCK)/CLEVELAND PD KIM MONROE has joined RED STRATEGIC MARKETING as Nat'l Dir./Artist Development And Promotion, based in CLEVELAND. MONROE, who exited WXRK two weeks ago, is back at work from her home office.
