ESSENTIAL PUBLIC RADIO noncomm WDUQ/PITTSBURGH has hired JOSH RAULERSON to host the local portions of "Morning Edition," the PITTSBURGH POST GAZETTE reports. Previously, RAULERSON was News Director for public station KAJX/ASPEN, CO.
