ERIC LEGRAND, the RUTGERS football player paralyzed in a game last year, is joining the school's football radio crew. LEGRAND, who will be heard on the pre-game, halftime, and post-game shows, will join play-by-play voice CHRIS CARLIN, analyst RAY LUCAS and sideline reporter ANTHONY FUCILLI on the broadcasts, heard on GREATER MEDIA Oldies WCTC-A/NEW BRUNSWICK and BUCKLEY Talk WOR-A/NEW YORK.
In a press release from the school, coach GREG SCHIANO said, "I think it's really cool. He's going to do post (game), pre (game) and halftime. So we're going to get our E-ROCK report."
The school has created a fund to help support LEGRAND, who suffered a spinal cord injury in last OCTOBER 16th's game against ARMY, and his family. Contributions to the fund are not tax deductible, but can be made with checks payable to the “ERIC LEGRAND Believe Fund” to: ERIC LEGRAND Believe Fund, PNC WEALTH MANAGEMENT, Attn.: KIMBERLY G.
