DAVIS BROADCASTING, headed by Pres./Owner GREG DAVIS, has agreed in principle to purchase RADIO ONE stations Urban AC WQNC (MY 92.7) and Black Gospel WPZS (Praise 100.9)/CHARLOTTE.  DAVIS currently owns and operates  four stations in COLUMBUS, GA, including Urban WFXE (FOXIE105), Urban AC WKZJ (K95.7), Black Oldies WOKS and Black Gospel WEAM-A.

This is a homecoming of sorts for DAVIS. He once owned the CHARLOTTE properties before selling them to RADIO ONE.
