TOWNSQUARE MEDIA Country WGNA/ALBANY, NY and “The SEAN and RICHIE Show” finished its 28-hour broadcast event this morning (9/1), at THE STANDARD RESTAURANT at CROSSGATES MALL in ALBANY, NY. They raised over $30,363 for THE AMERICAN RED CROSS OF NORTHEASTERN NEW YORK.
The money will help support those affected by Hurricane IRENE.
WGNA morning show co-host SEAN McMASTER said, “We have received donations ranging from $1 to an anonymous donation of $2,500! There is a message in all of this—to all of the residents who have been affected by this storm—it is clear that you are not forgotten. Rest assured that this area comes together in times of need and they are showing that today.”
