CLEAR CHANNEL/PHILADELPHIA welcomes SHAWN GARRETT as Dir./Online Content, replacing CATHY HEARD, who exits out of the biz. GARRETT is moving from the Sr. Developer position at sister cluster, CLEAR CHANNEL/LOS ANGELES. He starts in PHILLY on OCTOBER 3rd.
