YESTERDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th would have been legendary QUEEN frontman FREDDIE MERCURY's 65th birthday. To mark the occasion, QUEEN streamed their historic 1986 concert "QUEEN Live At WEMBLEY STADIUM" for 48 hours on YOUTUBE. This was the first time QUEEN has allowed an online stream of this watershed moment in the band’s career.
The concert can be viewed at www.youtube/queenofficial. Some of MERCURY's biggest fans: KATY PERRY, TAYLOR HAWKINS, GERARD WAY and BILLY CORGAN among others, will also take to YOUTUBE to honor FREDDIE with birthday wishes.
Even search engine GOOGLE is honoring the late singer, with a special graphic on their main page. Click it for an interactive experience.
