The FCC's quarterly complaints report shows indecency and obscenity complaints falling off from first quarter's 157,016 to Q2's 6,161. (Last year's second quarter had 272,818 complaints) The Commission is averaging about 2,000 complaints a month for the quarter, well off from JANUARY's PARENTS TELEVISION COUNCIL-driven avalanche of 138,652 complaints.
