CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC KOSO/MODESTO-STOCKTON PD MAX MILLER resigns, on the heels of wife DONNA -- his MD -- being "downsized" due to budget cuts last year. Together, they'd been at the station nearly 16 years. MAX is still reachable at MaxMiller@clearchannel.com, but don't expect him to the On The Beach for very long.
