UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP has promoted EVAN LAMBERG to Pres. of UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING GROUP (UMPG), NORTH AMERICA. LAMBERG will be based at UMPG's headquarters in SANTA MONICA, CA.
